Complete renovation of the Reception Area in Bard Hall Athletic Center. Demo existing plastic mat flooring, existing closet doors and frame. Install all new interior drywall partitions and ceiling. New Rubber mat flooring, new metal continuous frame and HM doors with louvers, new floor mounted pivot hinges. Relocation of existing Sprinkler pipes and sprinkler heads to accommodate new ceiling and ductwork. Install new custom-made reception desk with glass front and marble counter top. New pendant and surface mounted light fixtures.
