Renovation of seven apartments. Demo existing bathrooms including ceramic floors and wall tiles, remove toilets, sinks, bathtubs and medicine cabinets. Demo existing kitchens including cabinets, Formica counters, sinks and appliances. Removal of existing fan coil units and installation of new ones. Skim coating ceilings and walls after the removal of Asbestos popcorn ceilings. New wood flooring in Living Rooms and Dining Rooms. New VCT flooring in bedrooms and closets. New bathroom ceramic wall tiles and floor tiles, new bathtubs and shower faucets, new toilets, new wall hung sinks with faucet and new medicine cabinets. New kitchen cabinets and corian counter tops with ceramic tile backsplash. New light fixtures, outlets and switches.
