Complete renovation of the Women’s Restroom. Removal of all existing walls and floor tiles, toilet partitions, mirrors and accessories. Removal of existing sinks, faucets and toilets. Removal of existing lights fixtures, outlets and switches. Built new walls and enlarge existing opening. Install new ceramic wall tiles and floor tiles, new acoustical ceiling, new solid plastic HDPE toilet compartments and new corian top vanity with mirror. New toilet accessories including ADA mirrors, soap dispensers, toilet paper holder and grab bars. New plumbing rough-in including new sink and faucets, new wall hung toilets with chair carriers and flushometers and two new floor drains. New ceiling pendant light fixtures, new GFI outlets, new switches and motion sensor
